In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the q99999 website accessible at q99999.app, including any associated mobile applications, APIs, and services made available by q99999.
• "q99999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the q99999 Platform, an internationally licensed online gaming company.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the q99999 Platform, comprising a unique username, associated payment methods, game history, and wallet balance.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's q99999 account, comprising Real Money Funds and, where applicable, Bonus Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentives granted by q99999 to a Player, which are subject to the applicable Bonus Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by q99999 before processing any withdrawal, comprising at minimum a copy of the Player's valid Pakistani CNIC.
• "Gaming Services" means all betting, casino, live casino, slots, bingo, and other wagering products accessible through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency of the q99999 Platform.

By accessing the q99999 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the q99999 Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. In the absence of such authority, you accept this Agreement personally.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and q99999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.

q99999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material amendments via registered email or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

3.1 Age Requirement. The q99999 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any Gaming Service on the Platform. q99999 employs CNIC-based age verification and will suspend any account where there is reasonable doubt as to the account holder's age pending full identity verification.

3.2 Registration Information. When registering a q99999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) q99999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. q99999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.4 Account Transferability. Your q99999 account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any part of your account balance to any third party. Any attempted transfer is void.

3.5 KYC Verification. q99999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of a clear photographic copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC, and may additionally require proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at q99999's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.6 Geographic Restrictions. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the q99999 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. q99999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law is not permitted.

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q99999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members and friends.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify q99999 immediately via Live Chat support if you become aware or have reason to suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. q99999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. q99999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification.

4.3 Security Features. q99999 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account. Players who enable 2FA are protected against unauthorised login attempts from unrecognised devices. q99999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a Player's failure to use available security features.

4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices used to access the q99999 Platform are free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. q99999 shall not be responsible for account compromises resulting from insecure devices.

5.1 Accepted Methods. q99999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at q99999's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Pakistani Rupees five hundred (PKR 500). The minimum withdrawal amount is Pakistani Rupees one thousand (PKR 1,000). Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party payment accounts will be returned to the source account, and the q99999 account may be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accrued from funds deposited from a third-party source are forfeited.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. q99999 targets processing JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are targeted to complete within two (2) hours. These are target processing times and not guaranteed SLAs — processing times may extend during peak periods or due to banking system constraints. q99999 does not accept liability for delays outside its reasonable control.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing any withdrawal, q99999 requires: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) all active bonus wagering requirements fully met; and (c) a minimum of one deposit having been made on the account. q99999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm source of funds before processing large withdrawals.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on q99999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). In the case of USDT TRC20 transactions, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by q99999's treasury system. q99999 does not charge a conversion fee, but the applicable rate will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.

6.1 General. q99999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus wagering period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. q99999 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus or bonus winnings at any time if q99999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk or guarantee profit regardless of wagering outcomes; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing active bonus will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

6.5 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds that have not been met by the expiry date are automatically forfeited. The expiry date for each bonus is displayed in the Player's Bonus section of the account dashboard.

6.6 Changes to Promotions. q99999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active wagering by a Player at the time of the change.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on q99999 are subject to the Platform's prevailing betting rules and market-specific terms. q99999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion without being required to give reasons, provided that any deposit already transferred to a bet that is cancelled will be returned to the Player's wallet.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, human error, or obvious pricing error affecting any game, bet, or Casino product on q99999, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Where an error results in an inflated or erroneous payout, q99999 reserves the right to recover the excess amount from the Player's account. No claim may be made against q99999 based on a bet placed at an erroneous price or in a malfunctioning game.

7.3 Live Casino. Live Casino games are operated by third-party licensed studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Live, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each game are those of the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. q99999 acts as a distribution partner and is not responsible for the conduct or outcomes of Live Casino games beyond its obligations under its licensing agreement with the relevant provider.

7.4 Disconnection. q99999 is not responsible for losses resulting from a disconnection during an active game round. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on q99999's side, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game's technical recovery rules. Where a disconnection is attributable to the Player's own internet connection or device, the game will continue to resolve according to its rules.

7.5 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on q99999 are governed by the applicable event rules published in the Cricket Betting section of the Platform. Settlement of cricket markets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (Pakistan Cricket Board, International Cricket Council, etc.). q99999 reserves the right to void or suspend cricket markets in the event of match abandonment, weather interruptions, or any circumstances rendering official settlement impossible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q99999 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any correspondence with q99999.
2. Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the Platform by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
3. Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one q99999 account, regardless of the method used to evade detection.
4. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any game, competition, or promotion to secure an unfair advantage over q99999 or other Players.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal against a q99999 transaction via your bank or payment provider. If you have a legitimate dispute, contact q99999 support directly.
6. Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not entitled.
7. Money Laundering: Using q99999 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
8. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an advantage over other Players or q99999.
9. Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party or permitting any person other than yourself to use your account.
10. Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward q99999 staff in any support channel.

9.1 Commitment. q99999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform and to providing Players with effective tools to manage their gaming activity. Gaming on q99999 is intended to be an entertaining activity enjoyed responsibly within personal financial means.

9.2 Self-Management Tools. All q99999 accounts are equipped with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player of elapsed gaming session time at intervals set by the Player.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on account access, selectable from 24 hours to 6 weeks. The account cannot be reactivated during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from q99999 for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen term. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is closed, and they are blocked from re-registering for the duration.

9.3 Age Verification. q99999 is committed to preventing underage gaming. CNIC verification is mandatory for all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. Age-related account restrictions are applied immediately upon any suspicion of underage access and are lifted only upon satisfactory verification of the Player's identity and age.

9.4 Problem Gambling. 10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the q99999 Platform — including but not limited to the q99999 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and content — is owned by or licensed to q99999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. q99999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use q99999 branding for commercial purposes; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10.3 Third-Party IP. Game content accessible through the q99999 Platform may include intellectual property owned by third-party providers including game studios and live casino operators. All such third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

11.1 Platform Availability. q99999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While q99999 targets 99.9% uptime, it does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. q99999 will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned outages.

11.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q99999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their q99999 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions. q99999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profit or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security; or (e) losses attributable to third-party payment system failures or banking system interruptions.

11.4 Internet Risks. q99999 shall not be liable for losses or delays resulting from telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, or other technical failures outside q99999's direct control.

11.5 Gaming Losses. For the avoidance of doubt, q99999 accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred through lawful play on the Platform. All gaming on q99999 involves financial risk, and the Player accepts full responsibility for their wagering decisions.

12.1 Termination by q99999. q99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) q99999 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) the Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or (d) q99999 ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, all Wallet Balance — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at q99999's discretion. Where the termination is due to regulatory or operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any Real Money Funds in the Wallet Balance at the time of termination will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to voluntarily close their q99999 account should contact Live Chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements being met or forfeited.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant after twenty-four (24) months of no login activity. q99999 will notify the Player via registered email before applying a monthly account maintenance fee of PKR 100 to dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. The Player may reactivate the account by logging in and completing a re-verification process.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q99999 holds its operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is available upon request from the q99999 compliance team.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. Players should contact q99999 support via Live Chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. q99999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.3 Escalation. If informal resolution is not achieved within 28 days of the Player's initial complaint, the Player may escalate the complaint to q99999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing authority and the escalation process are available on request from the q99999 Compliance team.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
